Job summary

The Allstate Insurance Agency in Pocono Summit, PA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional service to current and new clients, handle policy changes, and answer questions.

Training includes obtaining a PA Personal Lines license, with a base salary of 35,000 to 40,000 plus bonuses and benefits. Responsibilities include addressing billing issues, handling claim calls, and conducting policy reviews while fostering client relationships and cross-selling

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Willing to obtain PA Personal Lines license (Paid Training).
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer billing issues
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Conduct customer policy reviews
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial services products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Our Allstate Insurance Agency in Pocono Summit, PA is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current and new clients, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. This position has a base salary range of $35,00 to $40,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
