Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C License or willingness to obtain before start.
• Strong communication via phones, CRMs, and virtual tools.
• Self-motivated, independent, and reliable during scheduled hours.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping and minimal errors.
• Positive attitude and welcoming environment.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and other P&C solutions.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Your day-to-day will include:
