Job summary

The Allstate Insurance Agency in Pocono Summit, PA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will provide exceptional service to current and new clients, handle policy changes, and answer questions.

Training includes obtaining a PA Personal Lines license, with a base salary of 35,000 to 40,000 plus bonuses and benefits. Responsibilities include addressing billing issues, handling claim calls, and conducting policy reviews while fostering client relationships and cross-selling

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, intuitive and coachable.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Willing to obtain PA Personal Lines license (Paid Training).
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer billing issues
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Conduct customer policy reviews
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial services products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
