Job summary

Aquatech International LLC seeks a Planner to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for Progress, Design Build projects and bids. The role supports cross-functional teams across US and Sweden with strong focus on schedule integrity and timely delivery.

Locations include Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX, with travel to job sites as needed. Requires experience in Primavera P6 and coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience or 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in EPC project phases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to align milestones.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, progress, and baselines; identify risks and variances.
• Perform schedule analysis (critical path, float, schedule variance).
• Prepare short-term lookahead schedules and regular schedule updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to schedule reviews and mitigation/recovery plans.
