Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. seeks a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated schedules for complex EPC and ETO projects.

You will work with project managers, engineering, manufacturing, and vendors to establish baselines, monitor progress, and identify schedule risks from order handoff through closeout. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project scheduling, experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, CPM, and project controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project scheduling or project controls.
• Experience on EPC/industrial/large capital projects.
• PSP/PMP/Primavera certification preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all lifecycle phases.
• Create baselines, WBS, calendars, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Identify critical path, constraints, and schedule risks; support recovery plans.
• Provide schedule updates, forecasts, narratives, and variance analyses.
• Support project controls, including budgeting, reporting, and change management.
