Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 10+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects in the utility sector.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred.
• Utility sector experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and projects are on track.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost.
• Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability.
• Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs.
