Job summary

Paperless Parts seeks a Technical Consultant to lead on-site onboarding, building pricing configurations with P3L, and bridging technical execution with customer consulting. You will work with Implementation Project Managers and Services Engineers to deliver deployments on schedule and ensure long-term platform adoption.

The role requires hands-on development, customer discovery, and documentation of configurations, with travel to customer sites up to 25% in the US.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python, Excel formulas, SQL, or comparable programming environments.
• Experience implementing software solutions or configuring technical workflows for external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business and pricing requirements into structured software configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain customer pricing models using Paperless Parts’ Python-based P3L language.
• Deploy standard system integrations and engineer custom data mappings for customer needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Services Engineers to gather requirements and map technical solutions.
• Document all custom configurations and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Visit customer manufacturing facilities to understand shop operations and advise on quoting workflows best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support and optimization for live configurations and integrations.
