Certinia is seeking a Partner Technical Manager (PTM) at the P3 level to serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic partners. You will lead implementation, integration, and platform inquiries while upholding architectural integrity and leading practices.

You will own onboarding, enablement, and escalation processes, drive partner readiness, maintain templates and playbooks, and advise on PSA, CS, and FM deployments to maximize delivery velocity and partner success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or partner enablement.
• Demonstrated PSA software implementation experience (Certinia, Rocketlane, NetSuite OpenAir, Kantata).
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working globally with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency in high‑pressure environments.

Responsabilités

• Onboard partners with structured onboarding plans and certify their consultants.
• Advocate for Leading Practices and ensure use of templates, configuration blueprints, and playbooks.
• Escalate and resolve complex implementation blockers with partners and customers.
• Provide PSA/CS/FM implementation guidance including architecture reviews and data flows.
• Design solutions mapping product features to core services business requirements.
