Job summary

Paperless Parts, Inc. is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Implementation team in Boston, MA (Hybrid). You will build pricing configurations using P3L, integrate systems, and map technical solutions for onboarding projects.

Travel up to 25% will be required to work onsite with customers across the US. You will translate complex pricing logic into automated workflows, collaborate with PMs and Services Engineers, and document configurations for long-term maintainability and adoption of

Qualifications

Proficiency with Python, Excel formulas, SQL or comparable programming environments.
Experience implementing software solutions or configuring technical workflows for external stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex business and pricing requirements into structured software configurations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain customer pricing models using P3L language.
Deploy standard system integrations and data mappings for customer needs.
Collaborate with PMs and Services Engineers to map solutions and hit onboarding milestones.
Conduct customer discovery sessions and document configurations for maintainability.
Visit customer facilities to understand operations and advise on quoting workflows.
Provide ongoing post-launch configuration support and optimization.
