Job summary

3 HTi, LLC is seeking an Enterprise PLM Technical Implementation Consultant to implement PTC Windchill and guide clients through lifecycle transformation. The role involves workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design with a focus on Windchill configuration and integration.

You will work directly with customers and development teams, documenting current processes and designing future-state workflows, while travel remains under 10% and work is remotely based across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PLM/ Windchill implementation and consulting.
• Experience with Windchill PLM, PDMLink and Windchill products.
• Proficiency in Java/JSP/JavaScript/J2EE/XML for Windchill customization.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering/CS.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, upgrades, and customizations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, design, develop, test, and drive adoption of Windchill solutions.
• Identify gaps in current state and design bridging solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather user requirements and create functional specs.
• Work directly with customers and the development team.
• Document current processes and design future-state workflows.
• Coordinate requirements, status updates, and deployments with clients.
