Job summary

Paperless Parts is seeking a Technical Consultant for our Implementation team. You will act as the technical builder during customer onboarding, configuring pricing models with P3L language and integrating data flows to support fast value delivery.

Coming from a manufacturing or SaaS onboarding background, you will travel up to 25% to customer sites, translate pricing requirements into automated workflows, and ensure long-term platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python, Excel formulas, SQL, or equivalent.
• Experience implementing software solutions or configuring technical workflows for external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex pricing requirements into structured software configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain customer pricing models using Paperless Parts’ proprietary Python-based language (P3L).
• Deploy standard system integrations and engineer custom data mappings to meet specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers and Services Engineers to gather requirements and hit onboarding milestones.
• Document all custom configurations and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• On-site immersion: visit customer facilities to learn shop operations and advise on quoting workflows.
• Provide ongoing post-launch configuration support and optimization for live configurations and integrations.
