S&B USA Construction, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a P3 Subcontracting Manager to build and manage the downstream commercial base for design-build pursuits in the US P3 market. The role involves prequalifying trade partners and securing pricing alignment for the estimate, ensuring subcontractor commitments, and coordinating with JV partners for compliant, competitive proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience soliciting, leveling, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing on US heavy civil projects.
• Project management experience as contract manager supervising subcontractor performance and contract compliance.
• Ability to read, redline, and negotiate subcontracts, consultant agreements, NDAs, and related agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Prequalification and Trade Market Development: manage prequalification process and align with JV partners.
• Bid-Phase Solicitation and Commercial Leveling: plan, issue bid packages, and level pricing for like-for-like comparisons.
• Dedicated Subcontractor Commitments: identify and manage dedicated subcontractor commitments and negotiations.
• Preconstruction Services Procurement: procure consultants and professional services for the pursuit.
• Downstream Agreement Review and Negotiation: review and negotiate NDAs and subcontracts; track progress.
• Disadvantaged and Small Business Participation: develop DBE plans and coordinate outreach with JV partners.
