Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to interpret engineering and construction requirements for materials and scopes of work.
• Experience in preparing and issuing ITBs (inquiry packages) under supervision.
• Skilled in analyzing commercial and technical proposals and bid evaluations.
• Competence in coordinating RFIs between subcontractors and technical services.

Responsibilities

• Consult with engineering and construction management to clarify material and scope requirements.
