Job summary

HNTB Corporation, Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced leader to manage procurement for GDOT’s P3 division and oversee mega and super mega projects. You will coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, and agencies to develop NOIA, IFs, RFQs, and RFPs, while guiding staff and pursuing major opportunities.

You will drive client relationships, ensure project financial performance, and lead strategic solutions with senior leadership and stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 12 years of experience including 4 years managing mega/super mega projects.
• Experience serving as primary client liaison and manager of procurement activities for Developer, Design Builder, CMGC, and OMC.
• Experience on P3 projects for a transportation client or owner representative.
• Experience on mega design-build projects and express lanes.
• Four years of experience managing alternative delivery projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and serves as primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Communicates with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
• Responsible for financial performance on projects.
• Proactively manages cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet goals.
• Staff staffing plans and resource loading in collaboration with leadership.
• Leads pursuit teams and prepares proposal materials.
