Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years successfully managing mega and/or super mega projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
• Experience delivering capital improvement programs in Texas or comparable markets; knowledge of Greater Houston area agencies and infrastructure delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture key client relationships; serve as primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Ensure financial performance, cash, budget, schedule and scope adherence to project goals.
• Staff projects through collaboration with leadership; recruit, develop, and retain project staff; oversee project staffing and performance reviews.
• Lead pursuits of mega/super mega projects and support business development with key clients.
