Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the development and execution of project management plans for mega and super mega projects in the Georgia area. You will serve as the primary client liaison, manage contracts, budget, and schedule, and ensure delivery aligns with SDA principles.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in transportation or multimodal planning, a strong network with Georgia agencies, and a proven ability to win and expand client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years managing mega/super mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance, cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet project goals.
• Leads staffing and workforce development for projects, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Leads pursuits of mega/super mega projects and develops long-term strategies with clients.
