Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to help clients optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT, traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, AP, or consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement or similar.
• Strong requisition-to-payment process knowledge and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, BRDs, test plans, and deployment docs.
• Travel up to 60% for engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements.
• Assess procure-to-pay operations for improvements and automation.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice, AP, and vendor mgmt.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and tech needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, flows, user stories, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to boost compliance and efficiency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members; support business development.
