Samsara Inc. is seeking a senior Procure-to-Pay executive to own end-to-end P2P, AP, supplier onboarding, and payments. You’ll set governance, partner with executives, and build a high-performing team that delivers consistently.

The role requires extensive P2P expertise, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong leadership across time zones. You’ll play a key role in transforming procurement operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procure-to-pay, AP, or procurement operations with leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing teams and managers, plus cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience running governance: SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, audit/SOX.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) plus P2P platforms like Zip, Coupa or Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P performance from requisition to payment and accrual.
• Set governance models, policies, and audit readiness across towers.
• Ensure timely processing of requisitions, POs, and invoices; manage accruals.
• Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards; manage risk and compliance.
• Oversee payment runs, banking oversight, and fraud prevention.
• Lead and grow a high-performing, globally distributed team.
