Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Director, Global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead end-to-end procurement and accounts payable operations across a global organization. You will baselined current-state processes, design a target operating model, close control gaps, and deliver automated reporting.

This role partners with Finance, Technology, and Business Operations to drive efficiency and cost savings. The position requires strong leadership, program management, and change management capabilities, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and/or shared service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment execution, and supplier management.
• Baseline the current-state P2P process and shape the redesign.
• Develop and maintain the target operating model and redesign roadmap, and lead execution.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; develop automated reporting.
• Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to improve cycle times, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Lead the India-based SSC and ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
