Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a Service Technician who puts safety and customer care first. You’ll be trained to perform oil changes, fluid refills, basic maintenance, and multi‑point inspections while explaining recommendations to customers.

You’ll work with a team in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy growth opportunities, and participate in on‑site training. Driver’s license preferred but not required; we provide paid training and clear paths to advancement.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards and training
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

What You Bring

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
