Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. Premium Velocity Auto PVA is hiring a Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. No automotive experience is required as we provide training. You will perform oil changes, inspections, and customer service in a fast-paced shop, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

This is a full-time role with growth opportunities, on-site work, and ongoing paid training and incentives. You’ll help keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied through clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do
