Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in vehicle safety. Training is provided; no automotive experience required. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates value safety, teamwork, and growth, and are willing to learn and lift heavy objects as needed. Driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support additional services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
• Follow safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
