Jiffy Lube LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Plano, TX. No automotive experience is required as we train you on maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You’ll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi‑point inspections, while upholding safety standards and building customer trust. On‑site training and clear growth paths, with pay‑raise opportunities within the first 60 days. Paid training and bonus incentives are also offered.

ADriver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
