Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician in Brentwood, TN. No automotive experience is required; we provide training. You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while delivering great customer service in a fast-paced shop.

Must be safety-focused, able to stand for long periods, and lift 50+ lbs. A driver’s license is preferred but not required. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
