Jiffy Lube LLC in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required—we train on the job. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer‑focused team that is fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and service.

You’ll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, multi‑point inspections, and customer communication. Strong safety and willingness to learn are essential; Driver's license strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
