Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. No automotive experience is required as training is provided, and you will join a fast-paced team focused on customer safety and satisfaction.

You will perform oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance while maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety standards. Strong communication and a growth mindset are valued as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
