Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. is seeking a Service Technician in Scottsdale, AZ. No automotive experience required — we train and welcome high‑energy, reliable team players who focus on customer satisfaction.

As part of our team, you will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi‑point inspections while following safety standards. A driver’s license is preferred; on‑site and online training is provided to support growth and skill development.

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.

ADriver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
