In this role, you will be the face of the credit union, assisting members and potential members with financial transactions, answering inquiries, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and potential members with financial transactions.
• Provide accurate information about credit union products and services including some of the highest tech banking solutions available.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services to members.
• Assist with account maintenance
• Handle cash and reconcile daily transactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all members.
• Become a product knowledge expert to help members get more value and convenience out of their financial experience.
