Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service knowledge.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to work long or irregular shifts.

Responsabilités

• Has primary accountability for the restaurant's P&L and actively manages towards financial outcomes.
• Reviews key P&L lines to increase profitability.
• Drives sales through guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast service in a clean facility.
• Manages guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues.
• Identifies and engages with the community to execute local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and selection to build and retain an effective team.
• Onboards new team members and trains through certification.
• Coaches and provides feedback to increase team performance.
• Manages labor with scheduling and staffing.
• Enforces compliance with regulations and policies.
• Upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator when necessary.
