Job summary

Accenture seeks professionals to drive reinvention through AI-enabled process design and analytics. You will assess trends, map future-state processes, and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.

Expect to apply AI in benchmarking and organizational change analyses across industries. You will collaborate with client teams, develop data-driven recommendations, and contribute to a rich library of domain playbooks while advancing your expertise in AX Design principles and AI agent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• 1+ year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• 1+ year delivering project work in consulting or relevant industry domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI visualization tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve reinvention designs and content.
• Contribute to knowledge library and ongoing domain learning.
