Accenture seeks a talented professional to drive reinvention across industries by integrating AI into future-state processes and operating models. You will design AI-enabled workflows, benchmark against peers, and build data-driven insights for client engagements.

Applicants should have strong consulting experience, proficiency with AI-assisted analytics, and a track record of delivering complex process redesigns in upcoming transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering project work in consulting environment OR industry experience in at least one domain.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbook content.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous domain learning.
