Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced professional to drive AI-enabled transformation across industries from its Culver City area office. You will design future-state processes, benchmark performance, and deliver AI-assisted analyses to inform senior client recommendations.

You will work on integrating AI into business processes, shaping how AI agents operate within redesigned workflows, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of consulting or domain experience across industries.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications with AI integration points.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-supported methods.
• Apply domain knowledge to reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning.
