Job summary

State Farm Agency in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) for a full-time role. You will develop leads, build relationships, and guide clients through insurance solutions to protect their assets.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casualty license and, if not, Life & Health licensing; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will work in a team-oriented, supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license welcome or must be obtainable.
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred; State Farm product familiarity a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads through prospecting and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client insurance needs.
• Recommend suitable Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Process inquiries on coverage, eligibility, and billing accurately.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and participate in training.
