Qualifications

• Active or obtainable Property & Casualty license.
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or telemarketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads through outreach and marketing activities.
• Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer needs.
• Recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, claims, and billing.
• Assist clients with policy changes, transfers, and clarifications.
