Job summary

State Farm Agency in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. The role requires an active Property and Casualty license and offers in-office work with base pay of $20-$23 per hour plus bonus and commissions.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service while helping clients with insurance needs and policy changes. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Property and Casualty license.
• Life & Health license not yet obtained but can be obtained.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Insurance sales experience and licensure in P&C and L/H preferred.
• Sales experience across various channels is preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
