Job summary

State Farm Agency in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. The role requires an active Property and Casualty license and offers in-office work with base pay of $20-$23 per hour plus bonus and commissions.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service while helping clients with insurance needs and policy changes. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience across various channels is preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
