Gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent – Property & Casualty (P&C) to join our team in Albuquerque. This full-time role involves selling and servicing P&C products for individuals, families, and businesses, while building lasting client relationships and meeting sales targets.

You will engage via phone, email, and existing client lists to generate new business, educate clients on policy features, and guide them through applications and renewals.

Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication, listening, and closing abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; training available for licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and set appointments from a cold start.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Conduct outbound calls and communications to promote insurance products and referral programs.
• Expand sales revenue by leveraging phone, email, and lead lists to reach new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on policy features and benefits of various Property & Casualty policies.
• Guide clients through policy selection, applications, and renewals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates affecting P&C insurance.
