You will work with the Service Manager and team to resolve policy questions, process changes, and renewals, while maintaining detailed records and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year working in insurance, customer service or account management.
• In-office availability at Hudson, Ohio office.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication.
• Proficient with computers, carrier systems, CRM and digital tools.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing customers with questions on policies, coverage, billing and accounts.
• Process policy changes, endorsements and renewals accurately.
• Guide policyholders through the claims process and provide resources.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Record interactions accurately and follow agency processes.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team to ensure consistent service.
