You will work with an established client book, conduct needs-based conversations, and pursue licensing to expand offerings. Salary includes a $40,000 base with commission and growth potential through licensing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles; insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for needs-based conversations.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to obtain Ohio Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and service requests from customers.
• Assist with billing questions, policy changes, and claims initiation.
• Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend appropriate coverage and products.
• Develop relationships and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support upselling within existing client base to expand coverage.
