Tri-County Insurance Associates in Valley View, PA is looking to add a goal-oriented customer service representative to join our insurance sales team. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Submit all policy payments and perform end-of-day bank reconciliation.
• Send nonpayment cancellation notices and follow up with calls.
• Handle company mail and scan documents to the agency management system.
• Update and maintain the insurance management system.
• Send birthday and sympathy cards to clients when needed.
• Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Other light clerical duties as needed.
