AAA Scottsdale seeks a Member Experience Associate for on-site, full-time work at our Scottsdale branch. The role combines member service with product sales, requiring knowledge of AAA offerings and the ability to hit individual sales targets across multiple locations.

Strong listening, adaptability, and licensing readiness are essential. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, health/dental/vision, paid holidays and time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in sales.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Must be adaptable, travel-ready, and flex to cover multiple locations.
• Driver's license required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services.
• Meet individual sales goals and apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve goals and reinforce Membership value.
• Understand and anticipate Member needs, identify relevant solutions, and adapt to each branch environment.
