• Active state Property Casualty license required or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and client consulting.
• Proactive task management using agency systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for policies and installments.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers and update agency management systems.
• Investigate and correct omitted items and commission differences on premiums.
