Holmes Murphy & Associates in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team. This role supports clients with certificates, invoicing, policy changes, and quotes, delivering a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in insurance.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to understand insurance principles and work with clients to meet needs using agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new/renewal policies, installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers and update policy management system/exposure schedules.
• Investigate and correct omitted items and commission discrepancies on premium items.
• Gather quotes from online platforms and assess quotes/binders for client proposals.
