Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates in Waukee, IA is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team. You will attend carrier meetings and lead client discussions, ensuring accurate coverage schedules and timely delivery of proposals.

This role requires at least 5 years in insurance customer service or underwriting, with an active license or ability to obtain within 3 months. A college degree is preferred and the ability to navigate agency systems for a world-class client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in customer service or underwriting in insurance.
• Active state Life & Health/Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of agency systems and client documentation to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Attend insurance carrier meetings and independently lead client meetings.
• Work accounts from start to finish; may have support for larger or complex accounts.
• Consult with the team for pre-renewal meetings and develop client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for client.
• Ensure client information and carrier submissions are accurate and current including schedules and endorsements.
