Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team in Waukee, IA. The role focuses on handling client meetings, renewal processes, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate quotes and documentation.

A strong background in customer service within the insurance industry is essential. The position requires a high school diploma with college degree preferred, and an active or soon-to-be license (Life & Health/Property Casualty).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience in insurance, underwriting or risk management.
• Licensing: active Life & Health/Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong communication, client-facing and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend insurance carrier meetings and lead client meetings as required.
• Manage accounts from start to finish, with support as needed for larger, complex accounts.
• Prepare renewal documents, proposals, and audits for clients and carriers.
