Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to acquire within three months.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers and update agency management systems/exposure schedules.
• Investigate and correct omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies.
• Gather quotes from online platforms and assess quotes and binders for accuracy; prepare client proposals.
