Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a proactive customer service associate to handle inbound calls for auto insurance quotes. You will gather information, explain products and coverages, and guide customers through the quoting process while navigating multiple systems.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, with prior call center or insurance exposure preferred. This is a fully remote, permanent role based out of Boerne, TX, with a pay range of $38,000 to $45,000 per year and comprehensive

• Experience working with customer accounts, billing inquiries, or account maintenance.

Pay And Benefits
