TEKsystems is seeking a Client Service Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) for a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with a second onsite location in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on inbound customer service for small businesses and requires handling inquiries, policy questions, and accurate documentation of interactions.

Duration: 4month contracttohire

About the Role

Join a fastgrowing, techfirst business insurance provider thats redefining how small businesses get coverage.

This is a true inbound customer service role. Youll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
