Unison Risk Advisors is seeking a Property & Casualty Growth Leader to drive new business growth through personal production while building the firm’s producer pipeline in Maryland. This player/coach role requires coaching, recruiting, and developing new producers, and strengthening P&C knowledge across the team.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance experience with handling large, complex commercial accounts.
• Client-centric focus with high responsiveness to stakeholders’ needs.
• Team player with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn third party computer programs/websites.
• Strong oral and written communication; proactive and analytical.
• Proven track record of personal P&C new business production.
• Natural Maryland-area network; local market knowledge.
• Sales experience in Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Non‑Profit, Manufacturing, or Professional Services is a plus.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding producers is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Balance personal new business production with leadership and development of new producers.
• Generate personal new business by qualifying and closing P&C prospects; research options and meet goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients; identify cross-selling opportunities with service divisions.
• Model hunter mentality; stay current on industry trends and market activity.
• Directly manage a team of new producers; set expectations and monitor pipeline activity.
• Attend prospect and client appointments to model sales techniques and provide feedback.
• Coach new producers on prospecting, pipeline management, discovery, and closing.
• Deliver P&C training on coverage lines, policy forms, and underwriting considerations.
• Lead new producer recruiting with Talent Acquisition and leadership.
• Develop onboarding and development plans to accelerate production readiness.
• Collaborate with service teams and carrier partners for smooth transitions and client experience.
• Track and report producer development and new business results to leadership.
