Job summary
Electric Power Engineers, LLC seeks an experienced Protection & Controls Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and review of P&C systems for substations, generation, BESS, data centers and large facilities. You will mentor a growing P&C team, coordinate with EPC contractors, clients and utilities, and ensure compliance with IEEE/ANSI/NERC standards while driving innovation and automation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer credential required or pursued.
- 10+ years in protection & control engineering, EPC or consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of MV/HV substation P&C design & relaying.
Responsibilities
- Lead P&C engineering and design for EPC/private-client projects.
- Develop/review relay settings and protection coordination.
- Coordinate design with multidisciplinary teams and utilities.
- Provide QA/QC and senior-level review of deliverables.
- Develop standards, templates and calculation methodologies.
